Tuna Pizza Thin Crust

And oouhh the taste is soo good..3 simple steps and say no to pizza hut...oopss sorry pizza hut..but i think my homemade pizza way better than yours...;))








Ingredients


Pizza Dough
3 cups of plain flour
1 1/2 cups of warm water
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt

Pizza sauce
2 tamatoes
4 tbsp tomato puree
1 big chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried mix herbs
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
sugar & pepper to taste

Pizza topping
2 canned tuna (i used ayam brand cili tuna)
1/4 chopped fresh pineapple
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1/2 canned chopped button mushroom
1 big chopped onion
Mozzarella cheese


Step by step instructions

Pizza Dough
1. Combine dry yeast, sugar and water.
2. Combine plain flour with salt in a bowl or food processor.
3. Pour the water combination into the bowl and mix until ready to knead (around 30 second in a food processor). If using a bowl, mix with a spoon until you have a neat ball.
4. Prepare a lightly spinkled surface with flour. Turn out dough and knead for around 2-3 minutes. Lightly cover your finger tips with flour if the mixture is a little sticky.
5. Roll out by hand for a 12'' base.
6. Place in 12'' lighly oiled oven pan. Press out dough to form a slight lip. Mix flour and yeast.

Pizza Sauce
1.Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.
2. Sauté the onions in oil for 1 minute.
3. Stir in garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.


Pizza topping
1. Spread pizza dough on to a greased pizza pan or pizza stone.
2. Brush dough with oil.
3. Top with pineapple, mushrooms, tuna, green pepper, mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
4. Bake at 450 degrees F. until cheese is bubbly.
