Indonesian desert...pisang bakar

I have to admit, indonesians are creative in many ways...they are gifted with creative ideas be it about food, wood art, movies.....and of course their songs...ouh...i so love it. My honest opinion, indonesian people are the type of person who do things seriously...focus, honest....and bla bla bla....(cannot laa give so much credit, coz i am malaysian....huhu)

My own maid herself....she can cook (superb cook), bake, do house chores, take care of my children....and guess wat?? she can is plumber & electrician in the house. Enough said...they are creative!!!

And now..i am experiencing making a desert called "pisang bakar" or baked banana..idea taken originally from the country that makes so many creative inviduals...Indonesia







also can be eaten with ice-cream...flavor of ur choice...;)

Duku langsat...

D uku or langsat or duku langsat....confused...so confused. Rasanya of course ada beza. Yg pastinya, bila dah start makan, sure abis punya. Ni kes sesekali teringin nak makan buah2an tempahan, bisik kat telinga "abgku" and katakan " jom hulu langat"....fuh bukan main suka dia trus tukar seluar and start kereta. I dont know why...but i simply like the kampungness of hulu langat. Sejuk, ada ayaq terjun....and of course buah-buahan yg boleh dikatakan fresh. Yang bestnya petai fresh...huhu




Belum lagi rasanya ter'come across recipe made from duku...so anyone yang teringin nak jadi number 1....apa lagi...hihi

Seasonal Manggis...

Wow...."purple like my barney mama"....anything about barney...sure dia nampak punya. This cute lil fruit is so yummylicious. For those who doesnt know, mangosteen tree is quite tall. No wonder it is quite expensive in the market.




Buah yang ini pon sama. Belum lagi rasanya jumpa resipi dari buah yang satu ini. Mungkin satu hari ada yang akan memecahkan idea yang boleh dibuat desert.

Durians

The fruit devil is out again!!! huhuhu. I loike...this is what i called...to die for. The smell and the ummpppp....is perfecto. It's gonna be so much interesting when you have an eating partner. But heck...i dont really care, what is important is my tummy.....







Pengat Durian & Pulut

This is heavenly tasty! i'll post the recipe later coz i serious dont really know how to make it. Hahaha...An honest confession for the day....;)
