250g cream cheese Philadelphia (room tempreture)
200g whipping cream
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 egg (room tempreture)
Savoiardi lady fingers
About 2 cups of Nescafe or any strong coffee flavor
Strawberry or rasberry
Bitter Cocoa powder
How to do it???
1. Dip the lady fingers quickly into the coffee one at a time and arrange them in rectangular serving dish. Set aside.
2. Whisk egg and sugar. Using a mixer add cream cheese until there's no lumps.
3. Add in whipping cream and mix until fluffy.
4. Cover the biscuits with the cream mixture.
5. Sift cocoa powder and arrange strawberries on last layer and chill for about an hour before serving.
