Mamak Power

Hehe....mamak power? Not that mamak @ mamak restaurant. Believe it or not, ppl never stop calling my hubby 'mamak' eventhough he's very fair...in fact fairer than I am. Just because he's from penang, his friends started calling him as 'mamak'. Tak kisahlah kan. Anyhow, this is one of our berbuka puasa dish. Mee goreng mamak.... Im adding some crushed nuts to make the heavier gravy. Arghhh simply delicious..




Bahan-bahan
500g mee kuning
2 eggs (Grade A)
200g ayam dipotong dadu
3 biji bawang merah
2 biji bawang putih
5-6 tbsp cili paste
3 tbsp kicap cair
1 tbsp kicap pekat
3 tbsp sos cili
4 tbsp serbuk kacang tanah (digoreng & ditumbuk)
Beberapa tangkai sawi
Sesenggam tougeh
Cara-cara
1. Tumis bawang putih dan merah yang telah ditumbuk sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan cili paste & kacang biarkan masak sekejab. Masukkan ayam.
3. Masukkan kicap cair & pekat & sos cili.
4. Perlahan kan api, dan masukkan telur. Biarkan seketika dan masukkan mee.
5. Masukkan sayur, gaul sekejab sekadar sayur sudah masak matikan api.
6. Hias mee dgn cili hijau, daun sup & limau kasturi.
