Homemade Kebab Daging


Apa-apa yang bukan nasi...that will be his...;) Usually i will just go and buy the kebab...but after a while and counting...elok buat jer. It's easy anyway. Since he doesnt eat nice on the weekdays, i will get the kebab bread ready in the fridge. Whenever he's coming home early, provided he wants the kebab...i'll do it...with love...of cource...;)




I think meat tastes better than chicken.

Macam comot je mayonese tu kan...itulah homemade...;))


Filling Ingredients

1 big onion (chopped)
1 tomato (choopes)
1 red chili (choped)
1/2 green capsicum (choped)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
salt n pepper to tast2
250g minced meat
2 tbsp olive oil
