everyones' favourite!!!




AYAM MASAK TOMATO



Oh yes..it's everyones' favourite! I got friends never stop requesting my mom's AYAM MASAK TOMATO...
It's spicy, sweet and SEDAAPPPP...you probably kinda bosan with this dish coz most malay weddings serve this kind of dish to be eaten with nasi minyak or nasi beriani..as for me, simplicity is always the best, i can have it with nasi putih + air sirap = burrrpppp.... I LIKE IT!!


INGREDIENTS


1/2 chicken ( medium chopped and half fried)
8-10 tbsp tomato sauce
5-7 tbsp chilie sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
sedikit air asam jawa
Bawang besar + daun bawang + tomato dipotong utk hiasan

Bahan untuk tumis
3 ulas bawang kecil ( ditumbuk)
1 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)

Bahan untuk di kisar
20 tangkai cili kering (direndam and toss)
1/2 biji bawang besar
2 biji bawang putih
sedikit belacan (optinal)


INSTRUCTION
1. Ayam di goreng setengah masak. Boleh digaulkan dengan kunyit & garam sedikit.
2. Tumis bawang putih and bawang kecil sehingga naik bau. Jangan biarkan sehingga garing,
memadai kekuningan.
3. Masukkan bahan yang telah dikisar. Pada tahap ini, harus diingatkan sambal perlu masak
sehingga naik minyak.
4. Masukkan garam, gula, sos cili & tomato.Biarkan seketika dan masukkan ayam.
5. Garnish with tomato + bawang + daun bawang.


Whatever sambal you are making, make sure it is really cooked. Otherwise, you gonna end up being the best friend of 'Mr Loo...he he he
